Today, Paul also serves as Co-CEO of Maxable Space, the leading ADU (accessory dwelling unit) marketplace, helping homeowners research, design, and hire the right construction team.
Previously, Paul founded and managed RPDK Associates, a real estate private equity fund that helped capitalize over 30 projects spanning retail, commercial, industrial, hotel, and multifamily residential developments.
Early in his career, Paul was Vice President at The Olson Company, where he launched their Central Coast division and led a team acquiring and entitling residential development projects across Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo Counties.

Paul is an experienced real estate and angel investor, actively managing his own residential property portfolio. He is a longtime member of Tech Coast Angels, one of the nation’s largest angel investment networks, where he previously served as Membership Chair.

Paul is actively involved in philanthropy and community service. He is a member of Temple Or Ami and serves on the planning committee for Mitzvah Day, the temple’s largest annual charity event. Each year, he helps coordinate the donation, assembly, and distribution of 500 comfort bags for children entering emergency foster care.
